How to Fund Your Tespire Student Wallet

  1. Login to the student portal
  2. On the left dropdown, click “wallet”
  3. Click on “Fund wallet” on the right side of the screen
  4. Input the amount you wish to fund into your wallet account or simply proceed with the suggested amount.
  5. Select the payment gateway most convenient for you and click “Proceed”
  6. Use any of the available payment options to complete the process
  7. Return to your wallet to check the transaction history
  8. Check the payment status to confirm if your transaction is successful or pending.

What to do if my transaction shows “pending”

  1. If your transaction is pending and you have been debited, please wait 24hrs for your wallet to be funded.
  2. If it doesn’t show after 24hrs, you could “Requery” the payment or contact technical support.

NOTE: For any issues with payment, kindly wait 24hrs before proceeding to make another payment or contacting technical support.
