- Login to the student portal
- On the left dropdown, click “wallet”
- Click on “Fund wallet” on the right side of the screen
- Input the amount you wish to fund into your wallet account or simply proceed with the suggested amount.
- Select the payment gateway most convenient for you and click “Proceed”
- Use any of the available payment options to complete the process
- Return to your wallet to check the transaction history
- Check the payment status to confirm if your transaction is successful or pending.
What to do if my transaction shows “pending”
- If your transaction is pending and you have been debited, please wait 24hrs for your wallet to be funded.
- If it doesn’t show after 24hrs, you could “Requery” the payment or contact technical support.
NOTE: For any issues with payment, kindly wait 24hrs before proceeding to make another payment or contacting technical support.
