Tespire Portals works with the internet for now however there are some parts of the portal that does work offline E.g the result upload.
Yes and No, Yes for at any time, the school desires to upgrade its plan, there is that flexibility for a school to upgrade from starta or beta plan to a mega plan and the complementary T-Box that comes with the plan gets shipped to school within two (2) weeks.
And No for, you can’t downgrade a plan from mega to beta or starta.
T-box is expected to be received at least two (2) weeks after profiling a school on Tespire, T-box comes as a complementary kit for those schools that are on Tespire’s mega plan, the mega plan is recommended for schools in Semi-urban areas of Nigeria and other African countries we have marked presence in.
The internet access that comes with the computing device only grants access to Tespire cloud suites, associated platforms and Tespire partners’ platforms.
No for now, but we are working to bring other telco partners on board, so the schools can get to pick their preferred choice of connectivity at the point of profiling their schools.
